Dispatch service relationship
Synergy Solutions Group provides dispatch support to motor carriers operating under their own authority. We are not a broker, and we do not assume the carrier's regulatory, safety, or insurance obligations.
Dispatch fee
Our fee is 5% of the gross revenue of loads we dispatch. Specific billing timing and terms are defined in the signed dispatch agreement between the carrier and Synergy Solutions Group.
No forced dispatch
Carriers approve every load. Nothing is booked on a carrier's behalf without carrier approval.
Dispatch agreement
A separate written dispatch agreement governs the service relationship. Where this page and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
